Sol Invictus Vineyard is an easy drive to the north side of Star, Idaho. Sol Invictus Vineyard is focused on the experience. Your family can all enjoy the views from the foothills while sipping your wine and on occasion even listening to live music (check ahead of time before you go to on their calendar… or call ahead). You’ll be warmly welcomed and feel right at home. The staff is incredible friendly and the wines offer a fairly-wide selection with tastings that are also easy on the wallet.
Their vines were planted in 2015 and they offer several varietals including Syrah, Malbec, Merlot, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Mourvedre, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Riesling, Chardonnay, Viognier….and the crowd-pleasing Gewurtztraminer.
