Deer Flat Refuge is a large wildlife refuge in Nampa with a large lake and plenty of land around for both the wildlife and activities.
Visitors to Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge can enjoy a variety of wildlife-dependent activities (for example, wildlife-watching and photography, hunting, fishing, environmental education, and interpretation) as well as non-wildlife-dependent activities (for example, boating, swimming, and picnicking).
